The opening of these facilities has also created an additional six new jobs in the community, a welcomed development as New Hampshire, much like the rest of the country, struggles through today’s economy. Portsmouth Ford’s decision to expand at both locations despite these difficult times, builds upon the dealership’s ongoing and continued commitment to the Portsmouth community.
In addition to providing superior service, Portsmouth Ford will also be offering the first 400 customers who purchase a service of $19.95 or more, a gas card providing them a 50¢ off per gallon discount on their next fill-up (up to 20 gallons of gas) at any Irving location.
“We know times have been tough for a lot of families and everyone is looking for value when it comes to everyday necessities and vehicle repairs,” said Dan Brubach of Portsmouth Ford. “That’s why we’re so happy to be giving back to our community – from new jobs to gasoline discounts - even to our local high school.”
Through the month of October, for each customer who brings their car into either Quick Lane locations, Portsmouth Ford will donate $1 to the Portsmouth High School’s Futures Program. In addition, for anyone showing a Portsmouth High ID, student or faculty, the dealership will donate another $2. The Futures Program provides mentoring, encouragement, and financial assistance to selected Portsmouth students who show the ability and motivation to attend college, but lack the necessary resources.
