Message from PI Worldwide
by Dinah Daniels, President of PI Worldwide
In the spring of 1988, my father Arnold Daniels, wrote a Synthesis article on creativity and the Predictive Index. It focused on what Walt Disney, Thomas Edison, Sigmund Freud, Sir Isaac Newton and Pablo Picasso all had in common. He followed that article with a second one, which dealt with the difficult task of managing creative people.
We’ve chosen to re-run that second article in this issue of Synthesis as a part of our 50th Anniversary ‘look back’ into the annals of Synthesis articles.
It is as current and complicated an issue today as it was in 1988 and we hope you enjoy reading about it.
