Synthesis Goes Electronic
by Dinah Daniels, President

It’s a time of exciting change for PI Worldwide, including this introduction of the new, revitalized Synthesis newsletter in an electronic format!

When the first issue of Synthesis was published in 1964 by the creator of the Predictive Index, Arnold Daniels, he never imagined it would grow to a readership of over 30,000. And while newly designed and delivered via current technology, it remains true to its original purpose – to provide advice and insight exclusively to the Predictive Index community on how PI can help improve performance and productivity in the workplace. Continuing that mission in our premier electronic issue, we focus on how personal development strategies can help employees improve their success on the job.

Ask Dan
Employee Longevity
by Dan Handalian

Ask Dan is a column on PIcampus.com that answers your questions about PI, and using PI in the workplace. A new column is posted every other Monday. With the re-launching of our Synthesis newsletter in a more dynamic format and delivery, the theme, "What's old is new again" describes this flagship issue. Despite declining numbers of “lifetime employees,” reducing turnover never goes out of style, since it can save thousands (indeed, millions, depending on your company size) of dollars. Improving your bottom line is an old idea that becomes new during every fiscal review.
