Vehicle Details: 2016 Chrysler 200S and 300S Alloy Editions
Style, sophistication and attitude

The Chrysler 200 and 300 sedans, available here at Perkins Motors in Colorado Springs, Colorado, are both great vehicles with potent powertrains, sophistication and style. To give them even more attitude, Chrysler offers the Alloy Editions.

The Alloy Editions, which debuted at the 2016 Chicago Auto Show this past February, start with blacked-out 200S and 300S models. The package adds unique Dark Bronze and Titanium features to both.

“[The] Chrysler brand embodies Detroit style, and our new 200S and 300S Alloy Editions are a perfect meld of our engineering innovation and craftsmanship, forged with cutting-edge colors and materials inspired by the Motor City’s ingenuity and creativity,” said Tim Kuniskis, head of Passenger Car Brands – Dodge, SRT, Chrysler and FIAT – for FCA – North America.

The 200S Alloy Edition has Dark Bronze painted front grille trim integrating the grille and headlamps. There are 19-inch Dark Bronze aluminum wheels and a Dark Bronze “200S” badge. Also added are gloss-black daylight opening door moldings, Titanium dual exhaust tips and a Titanium Chrysler “wing” badge. Five exterior colors for the 200S Alloy Edition are available, and inside you have a choice of black cloth with leather trim or black leather upholstery with Caramel stitching. Piano Black and Titanium accents are found on the center console, air vents, door trim panels and the wing badge on the steering wheel. The available Mopar® exterior package adds a front chin spoiler, side sills with rear side sill extensions, and a rear valance.

The 300S Alloy Edition features a Dark Bronze-trimmed grille with a Titanium “wing” badge in the middle of the black textured design. Gloss-black mirror caps and headlamps, black-accented LED taillamps, and Titanium exhaust tips add attitude, as do Dark Bronze 20-inch wheels (RWD models). The 300S Alloy Edition is available in the same five exterior colors as the 200S Alloy Edition. You’ll find black Nappa leather with Caramel accent stitching covering much of the interior, with Titanium/Piano Black accent elements and a new instrument panel clock with dark-colored analog face and Piano Black bezel.

Both the 200S and the 300S come with sport-tuned suspensions and offer an available advanced all-wheel drive system. The 200S Alloy Edition is powered by a 295-hp version of a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, while the 300S Alloy Edition uses a 300-hp version of the V6. The 300S is also available with a 363-hp HEMI V8 and a performance-tuned suspension with Goodyear Eagle F1 tires.

“Inspired by our local artisans who continue to push design and ingenuity in new directions, the new 200S and 300S Alloy Editions highlight the latest in style through unique bronze and titanium finishes that exude a natural warmth, energy and commanding brilliance – while contrasting the S models’ athletic styling and blacked-out details,” said Brandon Faurote, head of Chrysler Brand Design.

Sophisticated and stylish, the Chrysler 200S and 300S Alloy Editions are impressive versions of two already impressive sedans. Come in today for more information and test drives of the new Chrysler 200 and 300 sedans.
