Nitrogen Filled Tires and Why You May Want To Consider It
Nitrogen air filled tires are now available at Patrick BMW and Patrick MINI. Nitrogen air filled tires are a smart investment, especially on high performance vehicles. The cold weather causes air filled tires to deflate faster than nitrogen filled tires, which causes poor gas mileage and shortens the life of the tires. Happy Holidays from Patrick! With 2008 quickly coming to an end, I would like to share my thoughts about the state of the auto industry. The news is filled with an abundance of negative publicity surrounding the Big Three and their attempt to secure a bailout package. Although it is a dire time for many dealers around the country, I want to assure you that Patrick is in a position to weather the storm. We have been in business for more than 30 years and our company will continue to provide excellent customer service throughout the months to come.
Despite the tough economic climate, Patrick feels it is still the season to be giving. So that is why we are again collecting non-perishable food items at our BMW and Volvo service centers to benefit the Schaumburg Food Pantry. As always, we are dedicated to helping those less fortunate in and outside of our community. In addition to collecting non-perishable food items, we are helping to warm hearts this winter with donations of gently-worn coats. We have partnered with “Walking In Their Shoes” and set-up a winter coat drive in our BMW and MINI service centers. Please help those in need of warm coats this winter by donating one today.
The New Year also welcomes several new vehicle models, such as the Volvo XC60, the Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid, and the Cadillac CTS Sports Wagon, which we have highlighted in this issue. We’ve also included write ups on the redesigned BMW 7 Series and the first Hyundai luxury car, the Genesis, which has been turning heads on the road since its launch last spring. Also featured is the annual Patrick Holiday Gift Catalog, which includes accessories from all of our car lines. If you have a car enthusiast on your list, then this catalog is your one-stop-shop. You may even find a gift for yourself!
Have a safe and happy holiday season!
Sincerely,
 Hanley Dawson III CEO
