Tell Us - We Want To Know!
At HindmanSanchez, we strive to meet and exceed our client's expectations at all times by providing exceptional client service. To help us assess how well we are serving you and your association(s) and what we can do to improve our service in the future, we will be conducting a client service survey in January 2009.  If you receive the survey, please take a few minutes to complete and return the survey.  Your feedback is key to helping us continue to provide you with the service and tools you need for a successful community.

Wishing You and Yours A Safe and Happy Holiday Season!
We would like to take a moment to thank you for partnering with HindmanSanchez this past year. During this challenging economic time, we know many associations are facing financial difficulties especially as they struggle with the collection of assessments.

At HindmanSanchez we have made some changes to better serve our clients through this trying period and into the future. All collection accounts are now handled exclusively by one of our collection attorneys at no extra cost to you. Our collection attorneys are able to process your accounts quicker and provide customized legal advice to minimize your costs and maximize your return. In addition, we have introduced a fee structure that gives you everything a collection agency and a law firm combined could provide all under one roof, and allows us to share the risk of uncollectible accounts with our clients. If we can’t collect for you, we don’t get paid.

As partners we can get through this time together. We look forward to working with you in 2009 and sharing in the successful operation of your association.
