Survey Results Are In - Community E-ssentials Is A Great Resource!
Recently we sent an email survey seeking feedback on our monthly electronic newsletter, Community E-ssentials. We received a 46% response to readership rate which is fantastic. Thank you to those who participated. In addition to the great response rate, we also learned 75% of respondents read all or most of the articles each month, 96% find the usefullness of information to be good or excellent, and 90% are satisfied with the length and content of the articles. The feedback we received will be utilized as part of the overall updates we will be making to the newsletter. Over the next several months look for changes to the design and format of the newsletter. We will continue to provide you with informative and practical articles to help you operate and manage your assocation.
