Hardboard Siding Class Action Suit Notice
If you have hardboard siding on your home or property that was installed between 1980 and 1998, the association may be owed money. In the late 1990’s several hardboard siding manufacturers settled class-action lawsuits involving their defective products. Compensation is available to eligible class members who file a qualifying claim. But time is running out! The Masonite claim program ends January 2005 for all properties built in the 1980’s. It is necessary to have your claim submitted as quickly as possible.
If you would like more information about submitting a claim or assistance in determining whether your community has hardboard siding covered by a class-action lawsuit, click here — www.quickclaimpro.com.
