Legislative Update - Drought, Defects and Flags
The Colorado State Legislature has been very active on issues affecting Colorado owner associations over the past two months. The Legislature has adopted a resolution asking owner associations to amend their governing documents to aid in water conservation. The Legislature also has two different versions of one bill pending on construction defects.
