New Name, New Partners, New Building, And Our Continuing Dedication To Building “Strength In Association!”
As you may already have heard, we at HindmanSanchez (formely Orten & Hindman) have much to celebrate as 2006 begins. Not only do we have wonderful clients and colleagues, we are proud to announce the exciting new changes taking place. ▪ As of January 7, 2005, the name of the firm is now HindmanSanchez P.C. as Loura K. Sanchez, a partner in the firm since 1997, became a named partner, recognizing her long-term commitment to our clients and the firm. ▪ We are pleased to announce that attorneys Elina B. Hindley and Melissa M. Garcia became partners on January 7, 2005. ▪ HindmanSanchez has moved– but just down the road - to a new 22,000 square-foot office with expanded class room facilities. Our new address is 5610 Ward Rd., #300, Arvada, CO 80002, and our new website address is www.hindmansanchez.com. Our phone and fax numbers remain the same. ▪ We have hired three transactional attorneys, as well as several new legal assistants and paralegals. In the near future, we will be adding another attorney to assist in litigation matters. ▪ We have added an experienced collector to our collections department. By working directly with individuals owing assessments, he helps associations to collect delinquent assessments quickly and efficiently. He has collected over $500,000 at year end. ▪ Saskia Dehring, Esq., our Director of Legislative Affairs, and our lobbyist, Sandra Solin, are working with our state representatives on a SB 100 clean-up bill to further clarify the provisions added to the law by SB 100. Saskia and Sandra are also monitoring all proposed legislation to identify the bills that affect community associations and will work hard to keep you informed on what happens at the State Capitol. All of us look forward to continuing to provide you and your association with the same excellent service in the coming years as we have for the past 18 years!
