O&H Changes Foreclosure Fees
You spoke, we listened…In response to a recent survey of our clients, effective December 23, 2004, all new judicial foreclosure cases are handled on a fixed fee basis. Many clients expressed concern that judicial foreclosure of an assessment lien wasn’t always a viable option because of the cost, which can sometimes be as high as $15,000 even without a trial. With the continued growth in delinquent accounts judicial foreclosures should be a tool that association’s use. O&H is now handling all new judicial foreclosure cases for a fixed fee of $2850 plus costs.
If you would like more information about judicial foreclosures click here. Or, if you’d like our staff to review your existing collection accounts and discuss how the new pricing structure for judicial foreclosures can help you reduce your delinquencies please contact one of our attorneys or paralegals.
