The Employee Benefits Study, sponsored by American International Group, Inc. (AIG), is a simple and affordable tool to aid you in evaluating your company's benefits package.
In the 2003 Study, based on actual 2002 payroll expenditures of nearly 400 U.S. companies of various sizes, industries and geographic locations, cost and frequency data on over 30 different benefits are provided. It also details spending on legally required payments (Workers' Compensation, FICA, etc.) and a wide variety of benefit categories (including medically related benefits, payments for time not worked, and retirement and savings contributions). The findings are presented in easy to understand charts. In addition, cross-tabulation provides a simple way to compare your company's benefit practices to other companies of your size or industry.
