Florida Senator Mike Haridopolos and House Representative Thad Altman are the sponsors of legislation for a new specialty license plate that will help fund scientific research, conservation and education projects of statewide scientific, environmental and economic significance. Legislation for the new “Discover Florida’s Oceans” plate has been filed for consideration in the 2004 Legislative session.
