Carnival on Park Avenue

Enjoy complimentary appetizers and drinks, participate in carnival games, shop the block during the opening day of the Park Avenue Sidewalk Sale, and network with over 300 Winter Park and Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce members.

The Winter Park Chamber of Commerce and Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce are hosting the Carnival on Park Avenue and Business After Hours on July 17, 2003 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The 300 block of Park Avenue from New England to Lyman will be blocked off for this event. Carnival games, such as pie throwing contests and a dunk tank, will be available for your enjoyment. Come sample delicious complimentary appetizers provided by the following Park Avenue restaurants: Park Plaza Gardens, R Bistro, 310 South, Peterbrooke Chocolatier, and Barnie’s Coffee & Tea.  In addition, carnival treats, such as popcorn, sno-cones and cotton candy, will be available.

Admission to the event is $5.00 for Winter Park and Orlando Chamber of Commerce members, and $15.00 for non-members. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Hands on Orlando. For more information, please call 407-644-8281 or visit us on the web at www.winterpark.org.

The sponsors of the Carnival on Park Avenue and Business After Hours are Winter Park Towers, The Winter Park Land Company, Orlando Sentinel, and Smooth Jazz 103.1 WLOQ. The Park Avenue Sidewalk Sale will continue throughout the weekend.
