Make Me an Offer . . .

Do you know how much to pay your top employees? If an outstanding new candidate walks in the door, will your salary offer make him or her smile or laugh? There’s only one way to find out . . . the Orlando Regional Chamber's Salary Survey.

Once you participate in this survey, you will receive results that will benefit your business for years to come. The survey results will provide you with information you need to know about what other employers pay their employees and what benefits are offered. This allows you to pay a fair rate and avoid overpaying for jobs. It allows you to set hiring rates that you know are competitive and establish wage policies that work with your performance-evaluation and human resource programs.

Whether you have two employees or 200, you’ll find jobs in the survey that match your needs. Jobs are representative of numerous professions including accounting, engineering, production, sales and marketing, systems, human-resources, customer service, and administrative support.

Specific jobs include:
Receptionist, Paralegal, Secretary, Call Center Representative, Customer Service Representative, Benefits Clerk, Recruiter, Data Entry, Network Analyst, Webmaster, Drafter, Accountant, Payroll Clerk, Auditor, Graphic Artist, Telemarketer, Sales Representative, to name just a few!

The survey also covers common benefits, including:
health protection premiums, paid time off (PTO), retirement plans, life insurance, disability coverage, tuition reimbursement, lifestyle benefits, and Section 125 spending accounts.

The study concentrates on employers within the Orlando regional area. Results are reported by employee size groups and by industry categories and are only aggregate. Information provided is completely confidential and not disclosed to the Orlando Regional Chamber management.
