Cost of Health Insurance
Making You Sick?

If so, you are not alone. The pressure's rising on health insurance costs, and no business will be able to avoid being squeezed. So, what's the prescription for your company's health insurance plan? ChamberCARE!

Over the past year, many of our small-business supporters have made it clear to the Chamber that we’re in a small-business insurance crisis. A recent Florida Chamber statewide study confirmed that many employers are experiencing skyrocketing costs, shrinking availability and restricted access. We, too, are a small business and have experienced a nearly 20-percent increase in our own healthcare premiums each of the last two years, even after increasing deductibles to try to lower the impact to the bottom line.

In addition to pushing for small-business insurance reform in Tallahassee, we’ve been asked by our members to get directly involved in developing and offering solutions. To that end, we now offer an insurance program called ChamberCARE to help members with their insurance needs. The Florida Chamber, along with the Orlando Regional Chamber, has helped businesses stay in business and make a profit for nearly a century, and this endeavor is the newest chapter in our member benefit program.

You’ve been specially selected to be among the first in Florida to hear about ChamberCARE, and I hope you will take this opportunity to learn more about the Chamber’s new insurance-services program designed to offer small businesses the service and selection they deserve, such as:

  • Group and Individual Health Insurance
  • Workers’ Compensation Coverage
  • Group and Individual Life Insurance
  • Individual Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Long-Term Care Insurance
  • Commercial Property Insurance

We are planning a statewide rollout for our new ChamberCARE program in the coming weeks, and you can expect to receive more information on our exciting new insurance programs. In the meantime, the ChamberCARE customer service team is ready to answer your questions and provide free quotes. A simple toll-free call to 866-322-7526 or an e-mail to insurance@flchamber.com will help our licensed agents learn how we can serve your insurance needs. Thank you, and we look forward to serving you.
