Moxa is glad to tell you that a brand new series x86-based wall mount embedded computers, the V460 series, are released. Specific models include the V462, V464, V466 and V468.

Multiple data connection options
Each model in the V460 Series features a rich selection of connection interfaces, including 4 serial ports, multiple Ethernet ports, 8 switch ports, and 8+8 DI/DO channels (5 to 30V), enabling integrators to control more remote devices with fewer controllers and develop applications at a lower cost. Four USB hosts, and CompactFlash and PCMCIA sockets are included, providing ample room for storage expansion. Since support for VGA output is built in, the V460 computers can be used for industrial automation applications that require an HMI or display.

Wide temperature models for harsh environments
In addition to the standard models, the V460 computers are available in wide temperature models that are rated for operation in temperatures between -40 and 75°C. This makes the V460 computers especially well-suited for use in harsh industrial automation environments.

Lower power consumption
A fanless, robust hardware design allows V460 computers to consume less power and generate less heat, resulting in higher MTBF values, and ensuring that your industrial applications are more cost-effective.

Ready-to-run platform
Every embedded computer offered by Moxa comes with the operating system pre-installed, and includes middleware and sample code. Programmers will enjoy the user-friendly application development environment and benefit by spending less time and effort for system integration.
