Orange County Dropout Prevention Summit Orange County United Way will host one of 100 national Dropout Prevention Summits Thursday at the Tiger Woods Learning Center to inform and engage the community about our local and national dropout rates; evaluate and learn from programs addressing the issue; get input from today’s youth as to why they are dropping out and develop action plans for Anaheim and Santa Ana in effort to increase the area’s high school graduation rates and ensure that young people are better prepared for college, work and life.
