2009 Toyota Camry XLE Remains the Benchmark Midsize Sedan
Performance, comfort and economy keep Camry ahead of the pack.

Car and Driver calls the 2009 Camry "the crown prince of mainstream," a sentiment shared by professional automotive journalists and owners. This midsize sedan does just about everything well, and it's supported by Toyota's well-earned reputation for quality, reliability and value retention. It’s no wonder IntelliChoice.com gives the 2008 Camry an "Excellent" value rating based on the total cost of ownership compared to other midsize sedans. The fact is, Camry is something of a legend when it comes to return on investment.

Is Good Health Just a Dream?
A good knowledge of how you dream can lead to great health.

Research has shown that people who are prevented from entering the dream phase of sleep, the Rapid Eye Movement (REM) stage, exhibit symptoms of irritability and anxiety. In one dream study, volunteers were awakened right before they entered into the dream state. Then they were allowed to fall back to sleep. Again, right before they entered REM sleep, they were awakened. This continued on through the night. The volunteers slept the same amount of time as they normally did.

Step Aside Fred and Ginger – There’s Some Competition
Shake and Cha Cha your way to the video stores for some amazing dance movies!

With the famous and (sometimes) not-so-famous gracing our television screens on a bevy of reality shows focusing on dancing, it’s time to return to a simpler age.

What’s Driving Hollywood
Forget the Rat Pack, Brat Pack and Frat Pack. There’s a group in town that goes by horsepower, not star power.

What we’re talking about here are cars that made the movies. These cars are stars in their own right. Can you imagine James Bond without his ride? What would Ferris do on his day off? How could we go back to the future? It’s these types of cars that leave us thinking, “Wow,” and daydreaming about suping up our own rides.

Make a Memory Along the Vine and Wine Trail
Follow the road to one of Ohio’s most delicious experiences!

Ohio may be known as the “Birthplace of Aviation,” but it’s also the birth of our country’s “first” champagne – Sparkling Catawba. With roots in the winemaking history tracing back to 1823, Ohio has left a lingering taste in our history – a taste so good that we’ve come back for more.

Car Care Should Be Done By Those You Know That Care About Your Car
Some car inspections can be done at home, but most should be done by your dealer.

Most people take pride in owning a reliable, attractive car or truck. The key to keeping a vehicle dependable and aesthetically pleasing is a normal maintenance regimen. To some, taking their vehicle to the carwash every two weeks and to the quick-lube joint every 3,000 miles is their idea of routine maintenance. But cars and trucks need more than this to maintain their showroom appearance, to continue to run correctly and to optimize the factory safety features. Most of the products discussed here are already in many people's garages. If not, you can obtain everything you need at your local dealership.

The Bell of the Ball
With vivid colors and a delicious combination of tangy taste and crunchy texture, bell peppers are making a name as a power food.

Some people see them like Christmas ornaments with glossy exteriors. And with bright colors ranging from green, red, yellow, purple and brown to ivory and black, bell peppers are an eye-catching vegetable. But did you know that red, yellow and orange peppers all start out green? Their color and taste change depending on how long they’re allowed to ripen on the vine (that’s why the brightly colored peppers are more expensive than green ones).

You May Just Go Hog-Wild for a Hedgehog
Hedgehogs make great pets for the eclectic apartment owner.

If you’re looking for a truly unique and unusual pet, you need not look farther than a hedgehog. They live seven years or longer and their diet consists mainly of earthworms, snails, beetles and caterpillars, but they also eat a large range of other insects. As pets, they enjoy being treated to dog biscuits and pieces of sweet fruit. In cold climates, wild hedgehogs usually hibernate during the colder months of the year, but when kept inside as pets, the hibernation period is eliminated entirely.
