CFA Institute Launches The Global Financial Crisis Roundtable
On December 4, 2008 CFA Institute will launch the Global Financial Crisis Roundtable at Thomson | Reuters in New York City. This roundtable is being offered in response to the current market crisis being experienced around the world.
During this event, industry luminaries will discuss the crucial issues surrounding today’s financial climate andwhat the future holds. Gillian Tett, Capital Markets Editor of the Financial Times, will open the program via live satellite feed from the CFA Institute European Investment Conference. Following Tett’s presentation, the Wall Street Journal’s Jason Zweig, will moderate a interactive panel featuring Peter L. Bernstein, Abby Joseph Cohen, CFA, Martin Fridson, CFA, and Jason Trennert.
Given the gravity of this issue, CFA Institute is make a live audiocast of the program available on 4 December to the general public for those unable to attend in person. Beginning on 8 December a video of the New York panel discussion will also be available.
