Bids For Matanuska Maid Dairy Due December 7
Processing Property, Plant and Logo For Sale
The deadline for bids on the Matanuska Maid Creamery and Distribution Center and the Mat Maid Blow Mold facility located in Palmer is December 7th, 2007.
Details on the pending sale of Matanuska Maid are posted on the State Division of Agriculture Website.

The proposed terms include, but are not limited to, that the minimum bid is $3.35 million cash, with the sellers reserving the right to reject all offers and with winner taking all. In support of any bid, bidders shall provide a letter of credit indicating they currently have cash to close, submit payment of 10% earnest money to become non-refundable and disbursable to the sellers at the time the bidder is notified they are the successful bidder. Earnest money is refundable to bidder only for sellers’ non performance. Earnest money
will be applied to sales price at closing. The bidder agrees to take all property AS IS WHERE IS and to complete all due diligence prior to submitting a bid. All bids must be contingent free offers. Bidders must be prepared to close within 45 days from notification that they are the successful bidder
