Ralph Logan receives the highest medal of honor from France.

Ralph and his wife attend the honor ceremony.
World War II veteran, Ralph Logan, was invited to the State Capitol in Raleigh on Feb. 28 where he received the Legion of Honor medal from the French government. The Legion of Honor is the highest medal of honor bestowed by France. Ralph was in the 75th Infantry Division and fought in the Battle of the Bulge in eastern France. He was wounded in the war but considers himself fortunate to have survived. Ralph was one of several WWII veterans whom Modern Toyota sponsored through the recent Triad Flights of Honor. Congratulations, Ralph, and thank you for your brave service to our country!

Modern Automotive Headline Sponsors Optimist Soccer
The Optimist Soccer League's spring season is well underway.

Hundreds of local children, ages 8-13, put on their Modern Automotive shirts each Saturday morning and head off to play soccer. With a loyal group of parents either coaching or simply cheering on the sidelines, the kids are well-supported to play the game they love. Optimist Soccer teaches the skills and character qualities children need to live successful and contributing lives in our world. And Modern Automotive is excited to sponsor the league once again.
