India's rapidly growing cities are rich with development opportunities. But to be successful in the country's urban boom, developers must understand the two faces of its cities. On Friday, September 26, as a part of the MIT Center for Real Estate's Graduation & Alumni Reunion Weekend, Prof. Rahul Mehrotra explored the importance of the "static city" and "kinetic city" to urban real estate ventures in India.
