 Project Manager, 8/9/2007
The Project Manager implements real estate development projects  from the initial conception, construction, rent-up and stabilized occupancy  or sale, delivering quality projects on schedule and within budget.  Responsibilities include project initiation (site analysis & selection,  financial feasibility, schedule & budget, & securing political support),  project determination (financial structure, funding commitments, cost  estimates, establishment of project pro forma, due diligence), public  approvals, project design (architect selection & management, plans & specs,  set-up of requisition system), construction preparation and management, and  managing the closing.  The project manager also ensures that Property  Management department requirements are met and that Human Services planning  is continuous throughout the project.  Involves attendance at, and  management of, public and community meetings.

Duties of the position are to:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial, management, and regulatory reporting on GAAP and tax basis for company’s equity real estate assets and funds
  •  Provide support for internal, IRS and outside vendor audits
  •  Contribute to SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) compliance and maintenance
