The introduction of Web Reach and Frequency tools to the online marketplace has prompted many marketers to re-think the planning, buying and measurement process for Online Advertising.  Web R/F tools offer a whole new way to plan, buy and consider the impact of Online Advertising programs.  These R/F tools do enable an accepted comparison to traditional mass media, however, marketers are adopting these R/F tools and metrics cautiously given that they are not yet working perfectly. 

In this panel, leaders in the online industry will explore the various R/F tools available, discuss opportunities and challenges associated with R/F tools/metrics and provide helpful hints for leveraging R/F data.
