SKYWORLD INTERACTIVE HIRES KEY PERSONNEL AND ACQUIRES ASSETS FROM THE SCREEN HOUSE

SkyWorld Interactive (www.skyworld.com), a full service interactive design and development firm, has acquired assets and intellectual property rights to The Screen House and hired key employees and management from the Boston based interactive strategy, design and development firm. The Screen House, founded in 1995, developed a reputation for building interactive solutions that were both technically advanced as well as comprising award winning, user-centric designs. This is the second acquisition by SkyWorld this year. In June, SkyWorld acquired BeeLine Internet Resources, a Boston-based Internet development firm.
