Our team member for the month of February/March is Robert Henneke.  Robert has been with MIC for 16 years and works in the NC lathe area.  Robert was nominated from the floor and we totally support that nomination.  Robert is always willing to work with other team members and share his knowledge.  He is very concerned with improving his processes and becoming more productive.  Robert does whatever it takes to meet the customer needs and takes great pride in his work.  He is one of our threading experts and always shares what he has learned with others.  Robert also helps to lead in Building 4 as the needs arise.  Congratulations Robert for your selection as Team Member of the Month.  We appreciate all you do.
 
 
 
 
                 
The Performance with Pace award winners for the month were Mike Fritz and Chad Benker.  Mike is very concerned with improving the processes in the trepanning area.  He has been very persistent in pursuing some of his ideas and we have finally started to implement some of them and they are proving to be winners.  I want to thank Mike for his great desire to make things better and also for his tenacity in pushing for the testing of some of his ideas.  Chad was actually nominated by David Haught, one of our sales persons.  Chad has worked very closely with David and with one of our key customers to develop and qualify the processes and to put into production the EB welding of some of their parts.  The customers have been greatly pleased with company efforts to meet their needs and to produce quality services for them.  And Chad has been the face of MIC for those customers.  Congratulations to both these team members for their efforts and representing MIC in a very positive manner to our customers.  Great job, guys.
