Best of Show at EHX
My Whimsical Award
OK, I will admit that the Electronics Show Circuit is long, tiring, and jading. It is pretty tough for me as an unqualified electronics editor with aching feet to keep an open mind at these shows, let alone unilaterally vote myself as the sole judge for the 'best of show'. On-Board Sound
It is more than just music
by Jonathan Graham
Our new On-Board Sound system is more than a concealed high quality speaker system. Of course it speeds up any installation and solves the problem of some clients not wanting in wall or ceiling speakers. Also, if ordered as a center speaker, it is one less speaker to install.
Aesthetically, it changes the aspect ratio of the artwork from 16:9 to about 4:3. The 4:3 ratio is another first from Media Decor.
This creates a practical and aesthetic alternative for concealing TV and Speaker(s).

The strong demand and the recent termination of production at four older fab lines have turned a first-half surplus into a looming second-half shortage.
The firm noted that with PDP supply growth at less than half the rate of 2005 supply, double-digit plasma display shortages are possible... [Click here for full story]
