As part of an initiative to improve the overall customer experience, Mercedes-Benz will establish 175 new AMG Performance Centers in 15 countries by the end of next year.

 

AMG, the high-performance brand of Mercedes-Benz, is now in its fifth decade of proudly handcrafting dynamic, individualized luxury automobiles.

 

The collection of new, state-of-the-art AMG Performance Centers will deliver more personalized customer service, more individualized options and completely redesigned showrooms.

 

AMG will stay true to its strong brand identity by using high-quality materials and furnishings to create an unforgettable atmosphere within the new performance centers. Part of the design calls for the use of an oversized AMG engine badge that bears the brand’s overall philosophy of “One Man – One Engine.” All AMG engines are individually handcrafted by one of only 50 master mechanics at the world headquarters in Affalterbach, Germany. Each engine is completely built and signed by one master mechanic—individualized customer service at its finest.

 

Regardless of the location of the new AMG Performance Centers, each one will be directly connected to Affalterbach and their team of experts should a question arise regarding a product or specific configuration possibilities.

 

In conjunction with the launch of the new performance centers, a series of AMG Performance Roadshows will be held. These events will provide 200 customers at each of the 175 AMG Performance Centers an exclusive opportunity to experience the world of AMG “up close and personal.”

 

Expert presenters will provide attendees with background information on the rich history of and fascination with the AMG brand. High-performance AMG vehicles will be available for test drives, and a display of exclusive vehicles from the AMG Performance Studio will include the SL63 AMG “Edition IWC” in addition to other extraordinary sports cars.
