Borich Is 2009 GNCC ATV Champion
Even before the season officially ended, Chris Borich had a lock on the 2009 GNCC ATV championship. Borich sealed the deal at Round 11, the Yadkin Valley Stomp, and followed up with wins at Round 12, Power Line Park and Round 13, the Klotz Ironman.
As a strong contender for the title over the past several years, Borich was known as one half of the “Killer Bs,” along with nine-time champion Bill Ballance. Ballance awarded the championship plate to his longtime rival. "When I started racing, I started out just having fun in the B class. Ballance is a tough competitor. I've been behind him for years, and I finally did it,” Borich told gnccracing.com.
Borich racked up a total of 336 points during the season. Maxxis congratulates Chris Borich on his title and thanks him for choosing the brand of champions.
