Maxxis Motorcycle Riders Roar Past the Competition
Riders sponsored by Maxxis are blazing a path to the top in major series. A few highlights from recent races are below:
- Fred Andrews’ racer Jason Thomas took third place at the Maxxis Hangman XC, Round 1 of the OMA Nationals. The race was held April 1 in Nashville, Tennessee.
- Thomas has also been generating great results in the GNCC, taking third place in the XC2 Pro Lites class at Round 4, second in Round 5, fourth at Round 6 and second at Round 7. Thomas holds a solid third place in overall GNCC XC2 Pro Lite standings.
- In the GNCC’s XC1 Pro class, Jesse Robinson took eighth place in Rounds 4 and 5. Ninth in points, Robinson is in the top ten overall.
- With three victories so far in the season, Phil Smith leads the GNCC’s Vet A class.
- Robby Bell rode Maxxis to victory in the grueling Six Hours of Glen Helen race, held March 29 in San Bernardino, California.
