In a sign of the continuing success of its brand strategy, Maxxis has been named one of Taiwan’s Top 10 Global Brands for the fourth year in a row. The company ranked sixth on the prestigious 2006 Interbrand list, and received the award at a ceremony held September 27.
Maxxis was one of only four non-high tech companies to make the list, and the only one of Taiwan’s many tire companies to achieve top ten ranking.
Interbrand compiles its annual list by evaluating thousands of companies, basing its rankings on factors including brand strength and earnings attributable to the brand. Maxxis’ brand is worth an estimated $270 million US according to Interbrand.
Maxxis works to increase brand recognition and earn brand loyalty through a strong sponsorship program, outstanding customer service and the delivery of high-quality products.
