MassWIT October 2, 2003 Meeting

Negotiating Your Way to Career Success

Understanding the art of negotiation is one of the most important business
skills in today's workplace.  MassWIT hosts its next monthly Speaker Series
on Thursday, October 2nd on this pertinent topic, with a skill-building
session entitled:  "Negotiating Your Way to Career Success".

Come and learn effective negotiation techniques and how these techniques
can boost your career and enhance your daily interactions with colleagues
and managers.  Hear real-world experiences in successful negotiation and
apply these skills to both your professional and personal life.

"Negotiation is an essential business skill that many people lack," says
Christine McKay, Founder & President, McKay Partners, Inc., and featured
speaker at the MassWIT event.  "As women we tend to feel uncomfortable
negotiating especially in business -- so many avoid it altogether. By using a
few simple techniques though, you can achieve greater negotiation success
and have fun in the process."

Featured Speaker:
Christine McKay, Founder & President, McKay Partners, Inc.
