New Faces on the Newsletter Team
A Letter from the Managing Editor
by Suzanne Worrall Elkind

Terry Wilson-Malam, Janet Saxton, Suzanne Worrall Elkind, Christine Pinney

Hello!  I’m the new managing editor for the Spectrums Newsletter!  Our goal with this newsletter is to “broaden horizons, enlighten, share wisdom, and exchange ideas”.  We certainly worked hard to find the best articles that might transform your life or give you great new ideas.  I have my two editors and tech guru to thank for much of the work that you see here.  Our meetings took place at the CopaCafé in Lexington, and not only did we pour coffee, but we poured over all the wonderful articles we received.  As an added benefit, we got to know each other much better.  Our group picture was taken in front of the red curtain at the CopaCafe.  From left to right are Terry, Janet, Me (Suzanne), and Christine. I hope you enjoy this newsletter as much as we enjoyed creating it.  Please direct any comments or questions to me at: Suzanne@thelookingglassgroup.com.

If you would like to submit an article for future newsletters, please fit the content into one of the categories listed on the left, and aim for approximately 500 words in length.  You may submit articles to me at the e-mail above.  The next edition is scheduled to release in September 2004. Due date for submissions is July 15th. Click here to see the call for papers.

In order for you to know us better, here are the bios of your editorial team:

Suzanne Worrall Elkind - Managing Editor:

Suzanne Worrall Elkind is a Career Coach and Organizational Development consultant who specializes in helping her clients feel fulfilled and more productive in their work.  In her spare time, she pretends to be a rock star by singing in a barbershop chorus and is an aspiring comic. www.theLookingGlassGroup.com

Christine Pinney - Tech Guru:

Christine is passionate about promoting people and products using graphical, eye-catching eNewsletters (ala Constant Contact), marketing strategies, and tools like Salesforce.com. From authors to z-corporations, she has fun telling the world about the cool things her clients do.  When not managing a client’s project, she’s orchestrating events for her family, practicing yoga, or creating photos.

Janet Saxton - Editor

Janet Saxton works with companies in various industries to launch new marketing initiatives, reposition their business, or produce record-breaking marketing programs and campaigns. In her spare time, she enjoys planting shrubs in her yard to rock music and deadheading the flowers to classical and jazz. jaesaxton@yahoo.com

Terry Wilson-Malam - Editor

Terry Wilson-Malam is a coach, consultant, and facilitator. Her clients are leaders and teams who are ready to express outrageous, courageous leadership. Her background includes managing large software development projects, executive coaching, and team facilitation.  For fun, Terry reads about 60 books a year, attends at least that many sporting and school events for her children, and won’t pass up a great hike with her husband and kids. www.wilsonmalam.com
