MassWIT Workshop for New Managers and Individual Contributors: Developing the Leader in You
Date: Wednesday, July 23
Have you recently taken on responsibility to lead a team that may or may not report to you? Join us for an interactive workshop to learn your leadership style and how to adapt your style to obtain the business results you need. You will have an opportunity to utilize the DiSC® Classic online assessment as a tool in developing your leadership skills.
Location: Both workshops will be held at Reservoir Place, Waltham, MA from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
Cost: $125 (This is a 50 percent discount for MassWIT Members attendees. Price is normally $250). The workshop fee of $125 includes access to DiSC® Classic online assessment, a personalized report of results and three hours of group facilitation.
