New Faces on the Newsletter Team
A Letter from the Managing Editor
by Suzanne Worrall Elkind

Terry Wilson-Malam, Janet Saxton, Suzanne Worrall Elkind, Christine Pinney Hello! I’m the new managing editor for the Spectrums Newsletter! Our goal with this newsletter is to “broaden horizons, enlighten, share wisdom, and exchange ideas”. Our meetings took place at the CopaCafé in Lexington, and not only did we pour coffee, but we poured over all the wonderful articles we received.

Jump-start the first 90 days to establish leadership, develop credibility, and build your reputation.

Why do so many people feel so stretched-way-too-thin?
by Atlee Caldwell

Here’s a powerful way to refuel! Is there a personal energy crisis going on in your life? On the surface, your life seems full enough—maybe even too full—yet you’re running on empty. You feel stretched thin, stressed-out, drained. Sound familiar? It’s an epidemic, especially among women, trying to do and have it all—simultaneously!
