Chemtura last Thursday announced that it and 26 of its U.S. affiliates have filed a Joint Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure Statement with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Chemtura says it remains on track to emerge from Chapter 11 protection in the coming months.
