Navistar in Talks to Move World Headquarters
Navistar reportedly has been in talks to move its international headquarters to a campus in Lisle, IL from its current headquarters in Warrenville, IL. The truck and equipment OEM is working with officials in Lisle to renovate seven buildings as well as construct a 380,000-square-foot technology center at the 87.9-acre campus.

$430 Million Bahrain Lube Base Oil Plant Financing Agreement Signed
Bahrain's Oil & Gas Holding Company, owned by the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) last week signed a $120 million agreement with Ahli United Bank to finance its 27.5 percent stake in the new $430 million Lube Base Oil manufacturing plant in Bahrain, which at 400,000 metric tons per year (7,700 barrels per day), will be one of the largest in the Middle East.

UNI's NABL Center Technology Moves to Consumer Markets
Technologies developed by the University of Northern Iowa's National Ag-Based Lubricants (NABL) Center are being championed by lubricant companies and entering the consumer market. Two companies have begun to push the lubricant technology created by UNI's NABL Center: Plews/Edelmann and Environmental Lubricants Manufacturing, Inc., (ELM), both marketing biobased consumer lubricants.
