The Office of Health Care Quality has been working on draft regulations regarding nursing home licensure and financial disclosure. This is the result of legislation that passed during the 2008 Session. OHCQ has also been having workgroup meetings on this information this summer. Attached is a draft copy of the regulation as well as a draft of a revised nursing home application packet. OHCQ is requesting input into this draft.
