AUDIENCE
This conference attracts attendance by administrators, CEOs, CFOs, board trustees, directors of nursing, financial managers, human resource managers, site managers, service coordinators, and key professionals employed in nursing facilities, housing facilities, continuing care retirement communities, assisted living facilities, adult care residences, and community service agencies.

SESSION FORMAT
Sessions will be 1 or 1.5 hours in length. The Education Committee will be involved in the planning and approval process for all of the educational workshops.
Please be as creative as possible with your instructional method. Other than a lecture format, you may want to incorporate case studies, role playing, panel presentations, interactive discussions, Q&A, etc.
