"When you only have a hammer everything looks like a nail"

Ever heard that expression? It is often used to describe one-trick-pony consultants who frame situations in terms of the few "hammer" workshops they offer.

We've been hearing a new spin on this old saying.  Clients are expressing desire to have more tools in their toolboxes...that is, to have access to new workshops and team building exercises to apply to the changing needs of their organizations.

At Leapfrog, before applying a hammer (or wrench, level, drill, duct tape or crazy glue for that matter), we listen very carefully to understand the problem you're trying to solve.  That way, we can offer you they very best tool for the situation. Sometimes we'll build you a solution from scratch; other times we'll bring you one ready-made.

No matter what, all of Leapfrog's learning tools – including skill building and team/leadership development workshops, meeting activators, and licensable learning simulations – are designed to engage participants deeply in the learning process.  We intentionally craft experiences to include the appropriate level of challenge (sometimes competitive, sometimes even uncomfortable for a while)  along with fun (yes, laughter is key!) to emotionally connect people — with each other, their passions and, always, your business purpose.

As we turn to spring projects, we thought we'd share some tools from our diverse toolbox so that you can add them to yours — assuming, of course, they fit your business needs.
