If the customer doesn't want to keep the system, just call for an RMA. Our standard trial system consists of one ATX mini-transceiver, two 12-inch plastic clocks and one solar-powered clock. However, if your client needs a customized system, we can do that too! Our purpose is to help you and the customer feel comfortable with the product.
