A graduate of Fresno State University, Kim Fairless utilized her past sales experience at the Coca-Cola Company to obtain a position as a pharmaceutical representative at Procter and Gamble Pharmaceuticals.  Kim credits her CMR Certification with a concentration in Disease Management from CMR Institute with giving her the confidence and knowledge needed to increase her sales and obtain the pharmaceutical consultant level at P&G.  “The certification has helped me to better understand and communicate disease states to the clinicians that I work with,” states Fairless. “It has allowed me to be seen as a leader within my company.”
 
Fairless received the P&G Pharmaceutical Pace Setter Award in 2002, 2003, and 2004; and has exceeded sales objectives in six out of seven years.  A member of the Western Women’s Leadership Team and the Field Sales Advisory Board for Procter & Gamble, Kim also enjoys snow skiing, going to the theatre, reading, exercising, and raising her 17 year old son.
