You may have found that some CD discs will not work on your network using standard CD Servers. Problem discs include a number of children’s discs, game discs and older discs that are not made for the network. What usually happens is the program asks you to insert the disc in your local CD/DVD-ROM drive. It won’t install correctly. There is a solution. The SuperTurbo Server has been developed to handle these discs on the network. It even allows you to view streaming video and listen to CD Audio discs at work stations on the network.

In past articles we have discussed various methods for backing up your data. Now there is a new method that you may find very attractive. This technique mirrors data between two hard drive systems. It uses the latest Network Attached Storage (NAS) System. The new NAStorageTM8100 includes a built-in "SmartSync" function that automatically mirrors and synchronizes data to another NAS system that can be placed at a remote site. The system can even Archive data to CD-R or DVD-R media.

Lesson One
A crow was sitting in a tree whistling a tune... A small rabbit saw the crow, and asked him, "Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?"
The crow answered "Sure, why not."
So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the crow, and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Moral of the story:
To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.
