The Axis CD-ROM and DVD-ROM server tower or rack system contain a thin server and a bunch of CD/DVD-ROM drives that are connected directly to your Ethernet or Token Ring network. It works on almost all networks. Works well with data and program discs that are networkable, but doesn't work with non-networkable discs such as some educational and game discs.

The Turbo CD/DVD-ROM server is similar to the server above, and it also uses the Axis Storpoint thin server. It adds the capability of caching CDs and DVDs to the built-in SCSI hard disk, as well as adding CD-recording capability. It attaches to almost all networks. It works well with program and data discs that are networkable, but doesn't work with non-networkable discs such as some educational and game discs.
