First Annual Miracle Home

In partnership with the Children’s Miracle Network, Condron Homes, Morse Western Homes, and Homes by George Paras and Eagle Ridge by Newland Communities will host the very first Annual Miracle Home built in the Inland Northwest. The Miracle Home is built through the generous donations the above developer, builders, subcontractors, realtors, as well as numerous Spokane business partners with 100% of the proceeds from the home sale benefiting Children’s Miracle Network of the Inland Northwest.

“This is the first project if its kind in our area and we are very excited about the partnerships that have been formed with Newland Communities and the partnering builders through Eagle Ridge,” said Kirsten Carlile, Children’s Miracle Network Director.

The first of three Miracle Homes will be located in the Eighth Addition of the Eagle Ridge Development and will break-ground early next summer. Currently major sponsors are being sought to cover any expenses incurred through the building process. The Miracle Home is a unique social investment that will not only enhance the quality of life for the community, Eagle Ridge residents and area businesses but also for sick and injured children in our community.
100% of all funds raised will stay in our community to help sick and injured children in the Inland Northwest.

“Our goal for the Miracle home is not only to raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network, but also to provide awareness of the miracles this project will make possible for children in our community,” said Carlile.
