First Annual Miracle Home
In partnership with the Children’s Miracle Network, Condron Homes, Morse Western Homes, and Homes by George Paras, Eagle Ridge by Newland Communities will host the very first Annual Miracle Home built in the Inland Northwest.

The Miracle Home announcement coincides with the Grand Opening of Whispering Pines Park in Eagle Ridge. The park will be the largest privately owned and maintained park in the area and boasts a putting green, Monkey Mansion Tree House, climbing wall, amphitheater to show neighborhood movies and more. There has been a large area dedicated to the Miracle Home project in Whispering Pines Park. In this area developers will build a Fellowship Patio of personalized etched pavers. Pavers are available to the public for sale and 100% of the proceeds will go to Children’s Miracle Network.
