Mitsubishi's new car warranty (with some exceptions) includes a 10-year/100,000-mile Powertrain Limited Warranty, a five-year/60,000-mile fully transferable New Vehicle Limited Warranty, a seven-year/100,000-mile anti-corrosion/perforation Limited Warranty and five years/unlimited miles of Roadside Assistance.

One of the best aspects of the Mitsubishi warranty coverage is that it covers you wherever you travel in the United States through roadside assistance, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Covered services include towing, jump-starting your battery, flat-tire service, emergency fuel and fluid delivery and much more.

 

Roadside assistance is good for five years from your purchase date, regardless of how many miles you have on your Mitsubishi. It also includes trip interruption as part of your coverage. After towing your vehicle for a warrantable condition, if you're more than 150 miles from home and the vehicle has to spend the night, Mitsubishi's Roadside Assistance Plan will reimburse for reasonable documented expenses for meals, lodging and transportation, up to $175 per day for a maximum of three days.

 

Additional warranty coverage includes replacement of the original battery during the first 24 months if it is defective. For the 12 months after that, the battery gets replaced under warranty at a 50 percent cost. Labor to test, remove and install the warranty replacement battery is covered under the warranty.
