Mercedes-Benz is thinking small, at least “smaller,” with the introduction of the 2010 GLK compact premium SUV. The 2010 GLK-Class will be produced exclusively at the Mercedes-Benz plant in Bremen, Germany. It arrives stateside in January. Mercedes-Benz believes in the SUV and believes it has just the right size for most owners. The German automaker believes a compact luxury SUV with crossover underpinnings will meet the needs of American families while respecting their attitudes toward expensive fuel.
