Wisconsin Family Business of the Year 2017 - Kayser Nominated!

The Nominations are in for the 14th Annual Wisconsin Family Business of the Year Award program and Kayser Automotive Group was nominated! (large company category). Winners will be announced at the annual banquet to be held on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at the Monona Terrace Community & Convention Center in Madison. Information on the banquet can be found here. The winners will be selected by a panel of independent judges based on criteria including: positive links between family and business, contribution to community and industry and innovative practices. The award is sponsored by Smith & Gesteland, a Madison based CPA and consulting firm, First Business Bank and Husch Blackwell, a Wisconsin law firm.

When was the last time you had a truly amazing customer service experience?
Yesterday I made Kayser Ford aware of a service issue that concerned me about my Ford Explorer. It was a repair that I had told them about years ago that was still giving me issues despite being fixed. I am a mom and this vehicle frequently transports children to and from school and to activities. I really needed Kayser to look into this issue and make an immediate and permanent repair for everyone's safety.
Within hours I had someone researching what I had told them. They understood my concern for safety and over-nighted the necessary parts needed for repair. Within only 12 hours of my concern, and before I even had to pick up from school, my car was completed and restored. I can't even tell you how happy it makes me that they took my concern for my kids safety seriously.
And because it can't go without saying--my car was returned to me in better shape than it was dropped off. While my concern was legitimate, their customer service and attention to detail was more than I ever asked of them. They really did not need to do all that they did. So the very least I can do is leave them a review thanking them for what they have done for my family and my ease of mind today. I've done my research and I'm very happy to have a company who really cares about the safety of its customers, especially its little helpless non-paying ones. Thank you again for service above and beyond. I think you have a loyal customer in me.

Phenomenal Experience

I've been to Kayser a few times since moving to Madison 10 years ago. Roughly 6 years ago I helped a friend purchase a car here. My experience was "alright." The salesmen were nice, but I had to push a bit to fix some issues with the (admittedly old) car. Ultimately we did get we needed, but it felt like business as usual.
I decided to come this week, years later, and purchase a used car for myself. The experience was phenomenal. The sales staff seemed to really enjoy working with each other and, more importantly with me. Rod Godoy listened to my needs and helped find a few cars that worked with my budget (not a few grand more like I might expect other dealers to do). I previously wasn't a huge fan of "no haggle" pricing, but their stock all seems priced very reasonably (if not competitively) priced, so it was easy to find something that worked for me. Combine this with very fair trade-in pricing and...well, I'm happy. I was in one day and back to purchase the next. I'd gladly do business both with Rod and Kayser Ford again. - Chris C. Madison, WI
